Fernando Pérez Lozada
"As VIAC Ambassador for Mexico, I am thrilled to support arbitration users at a pivotal moment for the country. The recent judicial reform is expected to drive a significant rise in arbitration proceedings, reinforcing the need for a neutral and efficient forum. VIAC's reputation for excellence and cost-effective proceedings stands as an ideal institution to meet this growing demand during this transformative period.
My role is to strengthen the bridge between Mexican arbitration practitioners and the international community, positioning Vienna as a premier arbitral seat for cross-border disputes at the heart of Europe. By promoting VIAC’s expertise, I aim to ensure that businesses in Mexico have access to a world-class arbitration institution that offers predictability and the support of arbitration-friendly courts, in this evolving legal landscape."
