Participation in the competition implies acceptance of the conditions of participation. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.

 

The competition will only take place within the setting of the Essay contest on the topic: “Investment arbitration in Albania and Kosovo”, organised by Elsa and VIAC Community Ambassador Network.

 

Participation in this competition is open to anyone who attends the Essay contest on the topic: “Investment arbitration in Albania and Kosovo”, organised by Elsa and VIAC Community Ambassador Network.

 

Participants must be at least 18 years old.

 

Employees of the Austrian Federal Economic Chambers and the provincial chambers are not eligible to participate.

 

The winners will be chosen by a selection committee, consisting of experts in the field of arbitration on 31 July 2023 and announced during the final ceremony. In addition, the winners will be informed in writing by e-mail. The announcement of the winners is made without guarantee. The prize is excluded from exchange. The prize is not transferable to third parties. The decision is final and there shall be no possibility to appeal.
