Toni Nogolica is a Croatian lawyer focusing on international arbitration, litigation, and public international law procedures. Toni advises clients in all aspects of commercial and investment arbitration. He represents parties in proceedings in front of international bodies and tribunals, as well as actively writes and speaks on topics of international law, international arbitration, and related issues. He is a member of the ICC Commission for Arbitration and ADR for Croatia. Toni also sits as a tribunal secretary in complex international disputes and is listed as an arbitrator at the Permanent Court of Arbitration of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce (SAS HGK) as well as several other rosters of international arbitral institutions.
